Career Strategy Session

Ready to design a career you love?

This one-off, two-hour session is for you if there’s a specific career challenge or opportunity that you want help navigating. One meeting may be enough to get you where you want to go, or you may find further 1:1 or group work valuable.

Here’s how we’ll design a career you love

1️⃣ Select the career challenge or opportunity you want help navigating. Examples include:

  • You just found an ideal job! Refine your strategy to land it

  • Increase your confidence interviewing or pitching yourself

  • Develop toolkit of strategies to reduce work-related stress

  • Create time and energy for something important to you (in or out of work)

  • Define plan to take a “big leap” (like leaving your 9-5) responsibly

2️⃣ Book your session and share information about the career challenge or opportunity you’d like to focus on. Payment is also due at the time of booking ($500 USD).

3️⃣ I’ll review and respond within two business days. If I believe we can achieve your goal, I will send you customized pre-work. If not, I will schedule time to discuss the best path forward, including a refund if we’re not a good fit.

4️⃣ You’ll return your customized pre-work to me at least 48 hours before our session so I can be ready to jump in with you.

5️⃣ We’ll meet for 2 hours to explore your challenge or opportunity, and define clear, strategic action items to move you forward. You’ll leave with a document outlining key insights and next steps.

6️⃣ I’ll follow up a month after our session to check in on your progress.
