Grace Vigeant laughing at Huntington Gardens

Hello! I’m Grace Vigeant

Pronounced VEE-gent, as in the letter “V” and gent[leman]

I love my work and I am financially secure

My nonlinear career path is one of my greatest assets

I’m a recovered perfectionist who’s found and embraced her voice

I help people design careers they love because I’ve done this myself—and lemme tell ya, it’s worth the effort. The three statements written above were previously unfathomable to me. But I know the path I walked to get here, and it lights me up to help other people walk their own paths.

I hold an honors psychology degree from Cornell University and coaching certification from Brown University. But make no mistake—I’ve been fascinated with how we think, feel, and behave my whole life, because it’s at the very core of who we are and how we connect with others. I bring this formal education as well as my own lived experience to support you.

I have over a decade of experience in “get shit done” corporate roles like operations and project management, leading teams in technology, agency, and non-profit sectors. I’ve helped create everything from live events to digital products for millions of people. You’ve got a dream? I’ve got the skills to help you focus, plan, and achieve results.

I’m also a musician, who comes from a lineage of artists. I bring an innate sense of creativity and play to our process to help unlock the most true version of yourself. I surround myself with, and share examples of, people living passionate, secure lives, unbound by others’ expectations, “shoulds,” and limiting structures that make you feel trapped.

I’m a native New Yorker living in Los Angeles, and I work with fabulous clients around the world.
