Jess exited a tricky work relationship and planned her next steps with power

Work can feel heavy and changing your career can feel doomish even. [Grace] brings an energy of play to every aspect, and it helps take the pressure off. I have a much healthier work relationship boundary, so many more tools to navigate the stress, and a plan and timeline for what’s next. That’s supported not only my work space, but my home life is more taken care of and nurtured. All the tools I’ve built through my hodgepodge career are useful, practical, applicable, and necessary—they just need a different name.

—Jess Brand, Learning & Development; Corporate Trainer

Here’s how we’ll design a career you love

Get crystal clear about your desired future

We’ll refine what success looks and feels like in your career, and the life it supports. This clarity will help you focus your valuable time and energy. We’ll also ensure that your goals are inspiring, motivating, and feasible so you have ample fuel for the journey ahead.

Past participants have joined the group to do things like:

  • Pivot to a more fulfilling industry, company, or role

  • Land an “even-better-than-before” job, following a layoff

  • Build or transition to a meaningful side hustle

  • Choose a working model that fits them, like part-time or fractional

  • Advocate for higher, more equitable compensation to support their lifestyle

Create your custom strategy, and make meaningful progress

Everyone gets a Career Change Dashboard, featuring all of the elements of a successful career change.

In our first monthly 1:1 session, we’ll customize it to align with your goals. This dashboard will serve as your guide, keeping you focused and on track throughout the program.

Each week, we’ll celebrate what’s working well for you 😀 and identify opportunities for growth 😑 😭.

You’ll keep rocking the good stuff, and together, we’ll choose specific actions to tackle your growth areas—with accountability to keep you on track.

After all, progress fuels motivation, builds confidence, and drives results.

Here are example actions for a project manager transitioning to product management:

  • Strengths: Draft 3 case studies about how you’ve used your project management skills to get results (Grace will provide a guide); practice presenting them during our next group session

  • Growth Areas: Finish reading Inspired: How to create tech products customers love; write a LinkedIn post summarizing key takeaways (share it in our Slack channel for support and engagement!)

  • Networking: Reach out to 2 product managers who inspire you, 2 people who’ve successfully made the same pivot, two individuals linked to dream opportunities

Connect and collaborate to turbocharge your results

Being part of a community of individuals who are also courageously making changes is incredibly powerful. Why go through this journey alone when you can gain inspiration, validation, and accountability from a supportive team?

Past participants reported many benefits:

  • Inspiration from others who are actively taking control of their careers and lives

  • Validation for the challenging experiences and emotions that often accompany change

  • Education from peers about what strategies are helping them make progress

  • Expanded network—your number of second-degree connections just skyrocketed!

  • Increased accountability when you share your commitments with others instead of going it alone

Wade gained the confidence to apply to roles outside his comfort zone

Grace has a fantastic presence and knack for making people feel comfortable. She’s attentive, inquisitive, and shows genuine care for us and our journey. She’s not afraid to help you lean into feelings and talk you through them as well. She gave me renewed confidence to put myself out there and apply, even if I’m not a 100% match. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with Grace and would recommend her as your first stop when deciding to make a career change.

—Wade, Luxury Car Sales

Katrina selected a career that makes her feel excited, instead of the status quo

The CCC gave me structure when I really needed it, and helped me feel like I wasn't alone in the feelings that had been coming up after I was laid off. I really appreciated Grace’s presence, attentiveness and input. I was able to come to terms with (and moreover be excited about) the fact that I'm not ready to dive back into corporate America, and that the path I'm taking has just as much value. I feel validated and inspired.

All sessions take place over Zoom.

You will schedule your monthly, one-hour 1:1 session on a weekday between 12-8PM ET / 9AM-5PM PT.

Group sessions are held Wednesdays at 7-8PM ET / 4-5PM PT. If this time doesn’t work for you, and is the only thing holding you back from considering joining the group, please reach out.

Grace will respond to Slack messages within two business days (unless I make it clear I’m going to be unplugged).

You get all this for $500/month

When you join, you’ll be warmly welcomed into the group. We keep it small—under 10 people—so everyone gets plenty of attention and feels comfortable discussing personal topics.

You’ll be billed monthly. Most people stay in the group for 3-4 months, while others decide they’d benefit from additional time. Others achieve their goals sooner. It’s designed to be flexible, adapting to your needs and goals.

When you’re ready to move on from the group and continue designing your career solo, we’ll celebrate your wins, review key lessons, and make sure you have a solid plan to keep growing.

And if you ever need a boost, we’re just a message away. While the goal is to help you thrive on your own, you’re welcome to reach out or rejoin anytime.

Francesca got clear on her priorities and gave her application materials a facelift

The CCC helped me with my confidence, ability to prioritize things that matter to me, networking, and application materials. Being out of work has really beat me down. It felt good to get support and inspiration from a group of people who understood what I was going through. Whenever I was a jerk to myself, Grace gently and graciously called it out. Grace’s leadership and warmth set the tone—it immediately felt like a safe, comfortable, fun, loving space.
