I partner with companies and communities around the world to create custom, results-oriented workshops for their people.

I'm a dynamic facilitator who makes it easy and fun for groups to learn and apply new ideas and skills to drive meaningful change in their careers.

My background as a career coach, musical performer, and project manager enable me to make any topic personal, engaging, and actionable.

Career Workshops

I offer workshops focused on the following strategic areas.

Career Development

Research shows that great talent will be drawn to and stay at companies that invest in employee development. Also, one of the top reasons employees quit is due to lack of professional development opportunities. Couple that with a rise in entrepreneurship and non-traditional working models, and it’s clear that people want to take the reins of their career (as it’s a huge part of their lives).

Results

  • Deeper understanding of career wants and needs

  • Strategy to take intentional steps towards a career that serves you

  • Ultimately, greater career fulfillment

Getting Shit Done

Sure, it’s a crass name, but it’s what we’re all here to do, right? Some people are natural productivity machines or have specialized roles that strengthen this muscle (e.g. project management, operations). But it can still be a struggle to focus and make confident, intentional progress on the things that matter most to us in life.

This workshop is perfect for people who want to improve their personal organization or project management chops or people who are embarking on an important (and potentially challenging or novel) goal, and need support achieving it.

Results

  • Greater ownership of and connection to goal (the shit that needs to get done)

  • Improved ability to make progress towards the goal—either individually or with a group

  • Ultimately, the goal is achieved with greater ease and confidence

Navigating Change

Change is inevitable and can be difficult. However, change can be exciting when those experiencing the change feel like they are at the helm and set up to be successful. Coaching helps position change as an opportunity for learning and growth—not a problem to fear or solve.

This workshop is perfect for people who are moving into a new role (e.g., lateral or upward move) or experiencing external change (e.g., impacted by reorg, change in strategic direction, emotionally charged geopolitical events).

Results

  • Embrace change as an opportunity (not a problem)

  • Strategy to move through change by improving elements within control and influence

  • Ultimately, sustain or improve fulfillment through change

How we’ll work together to get results

1. Connection & Customization

Start by filling out this form so I can understand your needs.

I will follow up within two business days to schedule a meeting with the workshop sponsor(s)—the person accountable for results and/or budget—to align on key workshop details including goals, participants, and logistics.

At the end of this meeting, we will have the information we need to determine if we’re a good match.

If so, I will create a contract that outlines agreements and price to set us up for success.

2. Workshop

We execute the workshop according to our agreements.

Note the following recommendations:

  • Workshops can be one or a blend of the three strategic areas outlined above

  • I can provide virtual or in-person offerings (I am based in LA and am in NYC often)

  • We align on definition of success for the workshop, so we can assess efficacy

3. Closing Results

We assess workshop efficacy and discuss what additional support is needed or desired.
